Irene & Jessica's Balloon Magic was started by Mother and Daughter Irene Saenz & Jessica Mireles in 2006. What started out as making just balloon columns for family gatherings led to opening their own business, designing balloon columns, balloon arches, balloon characters and much more! With both a passion for designing, they knew they were the perfect duo for a balloon designing company.
